Reverse Snow Angles

Straight arm sweep and glide. Use buoy to help you float for this drill.

This helps to unlearn the typical keyhole motion and develop new muscle memory. Glide to decrease acceleration, purposefully making the drill harder. Recover slowly to activate (ROM) range of motion.
